30 x 60 cm / 12" x 24" oil on canvas
This is my latest favourite painting! loved painting it too, but photographing it was another matter altogether! Photographing dark backgrounds is so problematic as the light reflects off the surface and makes it look gray and washed out, so after taking dozens of pics and with a lot of editing I've got a fairly accurate photo.

30 x 40 cm oil on canvas
Finds that my daughter brought back from an Island in our local Lough Derg. Eagles had nested there and the feather is probably one of theirs. The skull we think is from a Cormorant and the shell a water snail. An unusual subject matter for me, but made an interesting change from fruit!

21 x 30 cm acrylics on canvas panel.
A palette knife painting in acrylics. A scene I often pass by on my occasional morning walk. The field was thick with frost on that day, the cattle that normally grazes there were probably safe and warm in a nearby barn.

50 x 70 cm = 20" x 28" oil on canvas,
I haven't painted a still life this large before and it was quite daunting and a very time consuming feat, I'm hoping to find a large dark ornate moulding for the frame to make it look quite grand.
