40 x 40 cm /16" x 16" oil on canvas panel soon to be framed

One of my favourite angles for a still life, the bay sprig cut from a small bay tree in my garden.

everything about this is so strikingly beautiful, Diana! Those oranges look so fresh and juicy, and the plate is amazing...delicate and a perfect counterpoint to the fruit and leaves. Wow!

Hi Diana, this is so beautiful. Stunning color! I don't think I've ever done a painting from the "bird's eye view" myself. I just might have to try it soon. Enjoy your day!
