Sweet kitty Diana. I attempted to paint a pomeranian dog with acrylic last year and it was so difficult to get that fur to look layered and fluffy. I did the best I could and it wasn't nearly half as good as the way you paint the fur. I know how much work this was. It's beautiful.

You've done a beautiful job, Diana, with all of his features. You've even captured that "inner" part that gives him such poise. Well done!

Just had to come over to your blog after seeing the "1764 With a Lemon on Top" on the FASO daily show this morning! Your kitty is so soft - love the way you handled the fur...and the still life - awesome! You are my "most admired"!

Thanks Hilda, yes he has a loving new home now!
Thanks Carol B.for your kind words, Fur is getting easier with each painting!
Thanks Carol F. he looks such a softie, doesn't he, just being patient and waiting until he gets chosen.
Thanks Rosemary for all the compliments, the still life was a struggle almost gave up on it and the pattern on the terrine! Still I managed to finish it.. I think !
