1644 'Cider Jug' and back again in Ireland SOLD!

11" x 14" oil on panel,framed

Yes I'm back painting and back in Ireland at last, rest of the family are pleased to have me back, just as I am glad to be back!

I've spent the last couple of weeks sorting out all my artwork, repairing and cleaning framed examples and generally getting myself organised. Just sent off 4 paintings to a new Auction house in Northern Ireland and 7 to another and 4 to one in Galway. Six are at the framers with another few due there so now I can see the rabbit for the trees ;0 or is that the wood for the trees!

This painting is a set up with an old Dorset cider jug surrounded by inquisitive fruit (English cider is alchoholic ;)) of course the contents have long since been imbibed.

This little video of my Grandson Kai who is 18 mths old walking down the stairs for the first time by himself, Bless him

Your grandson is so cute, and I love that light switch action when he reached the bottom. LOL
Love your latest painting too, Diana. Hope to see more as you settle in. Take care.

Hi Diana,

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I seem to have no time to read the blogs these days, so I understand why you are finding it difficult. F/B is so much faster!

Your work is fantastic and it appears you are getting great response with all your galleries.

Kai is adorable...I am a proud grandmother myself but mine have all outgrown that sweet stage. Kiss him every chance you get!
