7" x 14" oil on Masonite

This is my effort for this weeks challenge on Different Strokes from Different Folks blog. To say it was a challenge is rather an understatement!

Hello Diana, this is wonderful; very well done!

I finished mine a couple of hours ago, ugh, right now I'm letting it "breathe", I agree with you wholeheartedly about this being a challenge, but it feels good to have attempted a subject matter that scares me.

Great entry to one of Karin's hardest challenges, you nailed it with such nice depth and color.

I agree with you a hundred per cent about this being a challenge, but you certainly handled it beautifully. I really like what you have done here.
Guess it's good to step out of our comfort zone and try something new now and then!

Nice job on this Diana. Tackling something outside of your comfort zone is always a great learning experience.

Diana, Thanks for leaving your comment on my light bulb painting. It's so wild, I was just looking at Karin Jurick's "Different Strokes" blog and checking out the SF paintings, then I see you did a great version. Way cool!
